　　Preside over routine affairs off the session period.The Committee

　　meeting shall be held at least once every year,The tenure of each

　　session is four years.

　　Standing Committee

　　Perform some of the duties and rights of the Committee and hold at

　　least one meeting half a year.Have the right to award the title of

　　Honorary Committee Member or Honorary Standing Committee Member

　　to the those who made special contributions to the Federation.
